Ingredients
  

  • 4 Mangos
  • 1 C Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbl Honey
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and small dice the mango, then place on a sheet tray or a plate lined with parchment paper. Place mango in the freezer for about one hour or until they are frozen solid.
  • Once the mango is frozen place the chunks into a blender then add the yogurt, lemon juice and honey.
  • Begin by pulsing the ingredients until they start to break up then turn the mixer on high and blend until everything is nice and smooth. Pause during the blending process and scrape the sides of the mixer bowl down every so often to make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Once the mango mix is nice and smooth give it a taste. Depending on how ripe your mangos are you might want to add a touch more lemon or honey. When the flavor is right where you want it, spoon your mango frozen yogurt into a container and place in the freezer to harden. Alternatively, you can just put a healthy scoop in a bowl, grab a spoon and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
