Let’s take a minute to talk about Thai food. Have you tried it before?

Thai food in general has become huge in America, and for good reason. It is spicy, savory, salty and sweet, all in one. Galanga, coconut milk and Thai chilis singing in harmony, plus with many meal options that lend themselves to all kinds of proteins – including vegetarian, what’s not to love?

As true enthusiasts of Thai food, we were more than thrilled to move into a new area and find Archi’s. Not only is Archi’s one of the first of its kind in Las Vegas, but they now have four different locations and have been in business for 20 years.

If you have eaten there, you know why!

We are thrilled to be within walking distance, as it is also one of the best Thai spots we have tried in Las Vegas in our nearly 2 years of residence.

Hands down…

Even though the Spicy Basil and the Pad Kae Mow are our favorites, the menu is stacked full of other delicious treats. Like the mouthwatering Red and Yellow Curries, or the crowd-pleasing Pepper Steak with its special brown oyster gravy sauce.

The staff is always friendly and very attentive, we have still yet to ask for a refill on water. The service is quick without sacrificing quality and they get the spice level on point every time! You can choose between 0 – 10 and we are impressed with their accuracy.

If you do like a little extra heat though, ask for the little spice caddy where you can get extra dried chilis and my personal favorite, the Pickled Chili Peppers. 🤤

Did I mention they also have a weekday lunch special?

Well, they do. From 11a – 3p. You get to pick one of the classic entrees and it comes with the soup of the day, an egg roll, a little salad, and a fried wonton. It’s a great deal and one of our favorite workday lunch adventures.

So, whether you are in the mood for a little lunch relief or in need of a fabulous dinner idea, go check out Archi’s Thai. You will not be disappointed!

I know we never are!

Until next time, happy eating and keep on Seeking all the Savory things.
